Where to host your event? 
Evansville is home to many lovely parks that would be perfect for a pop-up picnic. If you don't want to leave the house then I can come to you!! Setups can be accommodated for either indoor or outdoor functions. Whether you choose your backyard, local park, or indoor setting, please be sure to include the address in the description box below your chosen theme.  

Rainy Day or Cancellation? 
Unfortunately, the weather is uncontrollable, so at times conditions can be unfit for outdoor occasions. We can’t refund your booking, but in case of bad weather, I'd be happy to reschedule your popup to another date or set up in your provided indoor location. I will make contact within 24 hours of the event if we have to move the location due to the weather. For cancellation purposes, you can choose to reschedule or pay a $50 cancellation fee. If you cancel with 48 hours or less notice from the time of your event a refund will not be provided. 

Is Food or Drink Included? 
To have full control over the best way to accommodate your guests’ appetites and any food restrictions, food is not included. However, I have been able to collaborate with an amazing local businesses! There are charcuterie options offered in the Add-Ons menu or on the Charcuterie tab from The Milk Barn and you are welcome to bring your own food to any of the picnic experiences. If you would like drinks, Iced Tea & Lemonade, as well as Coffee & Hot Chocolate, are offered from The Milk Barn in the Add-Ons menu. 

What about Alcohol? 
Alcohol is not provided for any of the picnic experiences. Whether it’s a public or private space, rules may apply. Either way, glassware will be provided to accommodate your plans.

How does Booking & Payment work? 
Once you have filled out the description boxes stating your preferred dates and times as well as your personal accommodations or Add-Ons you will be taken to a check-out page. From there I will email you to confirm and verify your event and then send a detailed invoice. The invoice for payment will not be sent until we have both confirmed and verified your date. From there we can discuss further details if necessary to make your day perfect!
